ECUSTA TRAIL CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Changing to two-hour rentals from July 6 to August 5th.
Welcome to Venture!
Venture Ecusta will make it so fun and easy to explore the Ecusta Trail with high-quality bike rentals suited for every rider in your family. Conveniently located at Lennox Station near Downtown Hendersonville, NC, we are right at the trail’s starting point so you can hop on and ride with ease.
The first six miles, from Hendersonville to Horse Shoe, of the Ecusta Trail are open and is a part of the (future) 19.4-mile greenway stretching from Hendersonville to Brevard, passing through Laurel Park, Etowah, Horse Shoe, Penrose, and Pisgah Forest. For more details, visit ecustatrail.org.

Our Fleet:
We’re excited to partner with Giant Bicycles for our rental fleet, known for their smooth ride, durability, and quality you can count on.
Our rental fleet includes:
- E-Bikes (Momentum Transend, Lafree and Voya)
- Trail Bikes (Giant Cypress & Liv Flourish)
- Kid Bikes (Giant Talon)
- Double Kid Trailer (no pets)
- Tail Wagon Pet Trailer (up to 75 lbs)
All rentals include: a helmet, bike lock, and handlebar bag, so you’re ready to roll.
Walk-up rentals are also available, depending upon availability.

Venture Out!
Venture Ecusta is just 0.5 miles from the Henderson County Visitor’s Center, the official start of the Ecusta Trail. We offer free parking for all our customers!
Check out the map we’ve created to help guide you to cool spots along the way. Combining the Ecusta Trail + Downtown Connector + Oklawaha Greenway, there are 10 miles of rideable trail, making a full ride exploring up to 20 miles if you wish!

Ecusta Trail Construction Update
Beginning July 6, a portion of the Ecusta Trail will be temporarily closed while the North Carolina Department of Transportation completes improvements at White Pine Drive as part of the ongoing U.S. 64 modernization project.
The good news? There are still plenty of ways to explore by bike during the closure.
2-Hour Rentals Available
To better match the available trail mileage, we'll be offering 2-hour rentals throughout the closure period.
From Venture Ecusta, riders can enjoy:
🚲 2 miles of the Ecusta Trail
🚲 1-mile connector route through Downtown Hendersonville (via Main Street and 4th Avenue) from the Visitor Center to Jackson Park
🚲 3 miles of the Oklawaha Greenway
Together, this creates a fun ride that connects two of Hendersonville's greenways while showcasing Downtown Hendersonville along the way.
Half-Day Rentals Still Available
Want to spend more time exploring?
We'll continue offering our traditional half-day rentals for riders who would like to explore Downtown Hendersonville, the 7th Avenue District, local restaurants, breweries, shops, and the Oklawaha Greenway at a more relaxed pace.
Half-day rentals can be arranged by calling us or as walk-up rentals, based on bike availability.
Please Note: During the construction period, our Twilight Special will be temporarily unavailable. We look forward to bringing it back once the full trail reopens.
